Does anyone know what changed in the update? I downloaded the game three days after release, and I just logged in and saw that the game has updates. Given the size of the game, I am hoping I do not have to re-download everything. Does anyone know what the changes were?

You don't need to re-download. Just download the latest patch, which added some missing DLC:

"added missing DLCs : Collector's Edition Items and A Tale of Orzammar bonus campaign "

So does this mean that the GOG version of DA:O is more complete than any other edition out there? Last I recall the EA Origins Ultimate Edition did not include these two DLCs.
