As far as I remember, yes they do.
You can export your save games from the first game to the second.

For the third one, you need the Origin portal (which I-m not sure how is here on GOG as my copies come from Origin)

3rd one(Enquisiton) I just found requires the Watcher's Keep to even function with any sort of histroy. I had forgotten about that thing. I am just happy 2nd allows it. But I would be using DA2 in Origin client so I would guess I could do Enquistion with that one since I am going to play Chronological anyway. I have never gotten so far as to generate a char history file(end game) I don't even know how it works. If you use DAO in DA2 can you then trasnfer from DA2 Endgame with an export of your Origin History to DE?
now I sound like double talk LOL

Watcher's Keep, ah that is the name of the “Origin portal” I was talking.
I did a full play from Origins to Inquisition at beginning of the last year. As far as I remember, for be able to exporting my characters from Origins and DA:2 into DA:Inquisition I had to use the Watcher Keep.

For DA:Origins, was automatic. For DA:2 I had to introduce my choices manually at the Watcher’s Keep.
