I bought and downloaded the game via Galaxy yesterday. It installed with no issues. When i hit Play in the galaxy game menu, it opens the game Launcher, the one with Configure, Documentation, etc.. when i click on the Launcher's Play button, it opens the Configuration Utility where it says it's Collecting Information. It stays like that for 2 seconds maximum then it closes. And nothing else happens.
Same if i try to launch the game from the installation folder. Which i changed from the default C:/ Program Files... to another hard disk. Could that be an issue? Or why do you think it behaves like this and won't launch?

Did you ever figure this one out?
I've had no issue playing my game via an External HardDrive but
today the launcher appears on the toolbar of my desktop (PC) but will not open so that I can move into the game.
Just hoping your solution would give me some clues.

I have the same Problem, but the system log sais that my problem is with fmodex.dll.

If I have understood you correctly you solved it by moving it to another drive which is not the System (C:) drive?
