Hello! Playing DAO for the first time. Really digging it!

I am about to start The Landsmeet.

To this point, for all the equipment that I've looted, I've either used:
- the "party storage chest" in Soldier's Peak, for all the good stuff that I currently have no one to use.
- Lev Dryden in Soldier's Peak, for all the decent stuff that I may or may not ever use (with the thinking that I could but it back.
- Bodahn Feddic in Camp, for all the lame stuff that I will never use.

I also want to buy a few more high-priced items from merchants in Orzammar and the Circle Tower, when I have enough gold.

So my question is: when I initiate The Landsmeet, will I still be able to access Soldier's Peak, Orzammar, or the Circle Tower? Or Bodahn?

As far as I remember, the landsmeet is not the non-returning point: That will happens later as you return to Redcliff. Once you get this point , well, you finish the campaign. After the campaign, I think you can still move, or at least to go to the DLC content.
