so i've played this from origin/steam previously on this same computer, but picked up the one on gog yesterday for drm free

its a fresh windows install since last time, so there arent any remnants of my old dragon age installs. but i cant get the thing to load. it starts up at the title screen and just has a Loading... animation at the bottom right that goes....nowhere

anyone else having similar problems or have a fix? tried the usual running as admin etc but no luck

nevermind! it took forever, but a Verify Files in gog galaxy fixed it. hooray!

well i'm glad you posted this, because i'm def having the same problem, so i'll just be patient...
