Downloaded a few days ago as an all in one 4.3 Gigabyte download.

Just checked my library and the trilogy is now three separate downloads totalling 14 Gigabyte.

What has changed to increase the download bye such an amount?

Nothing, it's just a typo.
The installer of Dracula - The Resurrection is labelled
Windows installer, English (part 1 of 2) 2.1.0 15.4 MB
Windows installer, English (part 2 of 2) 2.1.0 10.8 GB

but in fact it's
Windows installer, English (part 1 of 2) 2.1.0 15.4 MB
Windows installer, English (part 2 of 2) 2.1.0 1.08 GB

Check the other language versions and you'll see it's typo with the English version. (I also checked the download itself, it's definitely only 1 GB)
