I'm at the asylum, I gave Hopkins his fly, but I'm unable to speak with him, because instead of the dialog icons, there are just three beige squares.
I remember, I had the same problem years ago on CD version, another character, another computer. Is there any way to fix this?

If I'm recalling correctly, those three squares represent the items you have in order to interact with him again. You're missing an item.

[EDIT] That's not a bug or an issue with the game, it's actually how the game works. GOG games usually come with .pdf manuals, so I'd advise you to take a quick look at Dracula 2's manual, at least to get a basic understanding of the in-game icons.

Well, you're right - thank a lot!
But as for your advise - could you look at the manual too and tell me if you see that in it, because I do not.
You're absolutely right, I looked at the manual and couldn't find anything regarding those specific items -- even though there is a page dedicated to the game icons, they seem to have missed these specific ones.
I have a same kind of bug which prevents me to go further. As you might see from the attachment they are bugged up and I cannot use the dialog boxes. Does anyone have solution to this ?
