It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Starting the game, there is a Bethesda logo, then an Id logo, then a something else logo, I forgot, and then a photosensitivity warning, and then the main menu STARTS LOADING.

None of this seems to be skippable.

I would like to skip all of it. I've seen it all twice now, that is enough times. It takes thirty three seconds to get to the main menu (I timed it).

Someone please help me, what command line/startup options do I need to set to skip all of this stuff?

Ah, so, I found a discussion on steam about this, that appears to have solved it for me. Basically if you go to <install folder>\base\video and delete or rename the file "boot_sequence.bik", that mostly skips the intro. (For me it still presents a black screen for 5-10ish seconds, but it's way better.)

Try the +com_skipIntroVideo 1 command line argument
