well i have a problem with basically every game. The FPS is at 59 and constant stutter. I don't know why or how to fix it... graphic settings seem not to matter. No idea if relevant but the graphic card is a RTX 3070ti, 32 GB ram and a Core I9 10900. Did not have those problems a while ago.
