I can help you. Warning though: it's not easy to do, it's a lot of steps but you don't need any technical knowledge.

What I recommend is that you play the games using a Source Port. There are many out there, I personally used ZDoom, but that's no longer being supported in favour of GZDoom. So you'll need to download a source port. Here is the link for GZDoom:
https://zdoom.org/downloads

Secondly, to play the game using the source port you will need the *.wad files from the GOG game. That is the tricky/difficult part. The first thing to do is to download the Windows games from your GOG account.

Once you've done that, there are two ways to get the *.wad files from the Windows installer.
1) You can use innoextract. This is probably the easiest way, but I'm not familiar with that app so if you choose this method I cannot help you use it.
2) You can use Wineskin to run the installer. This is the method I used. You will need to download Wineskin:

Also see this note re: High Sierra if you're using that OS:

Let me know when you get to this stage, and if you choose to use Wineskin let me know after you've downloaded it and I'll give you more information about how to use it if you're unfamiliar.

I was actually able to figure it out after about 2 hours of web searching. I ended up using wineskin, Thanks though for actually attempting to help me

Good to hear, the games are still great and hold up really well in my opinion :)!
