Brutal Doom version 21 added in new secret levels formally from the Playstation 1 and Xbox Classic versions of Doom via its Level Enhancement system providing extra secret exits to them. It even has the Xbox Classic exclusive level Betray for Doom 2, seen here:

However, even though all the other ones such as Club Doom work fine, the entrance for Betray does not work: you are supposed to press on a wall corner in Underhalls as a secret exit but it refuses to end the level and load the map. I mash the use key next to the secret exit BUT NOTHING HAPPENS.

HOW DO I GET THIS TO WORK? I WANT TO PLAY THAT MAP!

Are you using the BFG wad and NOT the ORIGINAL ?

No, I am using the original WAD via the GOG version. Does it only work with the BFG Edition? Brutal Doom 21 does add the Playstation exclusive maps like The Manor and Club Doom as extras with the Level Enhancement on, I assumed it did the same for at least one of the Xbox exclusives too as that's what I was lead to believe.

I check it and it doesn't, I guess they didn't add it because of the BFG wad
