Was there an update pushed through? I noticed that I downloaded D2DC the other day and it was coming up as 1.0.0.3 I think and now its coming as 1.1.0.9. Was there an update pushed and if so why no update package? Its redownloading the entire game.

There was an update to the full download to fix a problem with one of the shortcuts (Crash when launching developer mode). AFAIK that was the only change, so fixing the shortcut would be easier than making a patch for those that have already downloaded D2:DC.
