Stuff: Open your inventory window, left click and hold on the stone, drag it to your inventory window and drop it . . . that should do it . . . =)
Edit: At the top of your inventory there is a row of icons, click the chest on the far right, the stone(s) should be in that section all the time when you have them in your inventory. You can drop it in any section and it will go to this section.
