I've been playing this game for a few days now but now when i tried to load my saved game it crashes half way through the loading screen and goes back to my desktop, i get the usual stopped working message. i already play it as administrator

Only this particular save or others as well?
Can you start a new game without problems?

Maybe this one save file just got corrupted somehow.

on all my saves iv'e just tried new game and the same happens there :(

Installed any Windows or any other updates in the meantime?

Backup your save files, uninstall the game.
Install it again running the setup as an administrator, preferably outside default location.
Put your saves back, run the game as an admin. (using GOG shortcut)
