I saw a book in the sewer, threw my stone down there and tried TP'ing to it. But I appear up on the ledge, not down by the stone. There is no way to get down there. Am I going to have to edit my player location in the save file? I tried telekinesis, it could pick up the book, but not the TP stone. My backup save is too far back, I'm not going to revert to that.

Open your inventory window first then left click the stone and drag it to your inventory window and drop it. Doesn't matter what inventory tab is open it will go to the right one.

If that does not work for you then you will need to use the dupe cheat to duplicate the other stone. You can continue playing as normal after that. Every once and a while a stone will get trapped in a wall or other inaccessible place and duping is the only fix other than going back to a previous save . . . =)

Yeah, I know how to pick it up, but it's out of reach with no way to get near it. I really don't want to mess around with duplications, and my previous save was too far back.

Edit: works the same for the stone, just follow the steps and drop the stone instead of a potion.

I already managed to hex edit my guy over enough to grab it.
