It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

EDIT: Found the solution. I deleted dxgi.dll and dxd11.dll from the installation folder. They were preventing the game from launching for whatever reason. I had the same problem as the Witcher 3.

I've attempted to to launch this game repeatedly without success.

I have a Core i5 and a GTX 1060 (DX12).

The analysis tool notes no issues.

I've installed the "Documents" folder suggested by Raze.

I've reinstalled/repaired the Microsoft Visual Whatever thing multiple times.

Yes, my Windows 10 system is 64 bit.

Anything else I should try before requesting a refund?

I think I have the same problem, I get a missing dll error. It worked a couple times when I first downloaded it, then stopped working. I've reinstalled windows a couple times since then, game still won't work. Tried downloading the DLL, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried reinstalling visual basic, etc etc. Nothing seems to work.

Very upsetting, but at least this version of the game was free for me. Anyone have any idea what to do?
