Is it possible to change the font size ?
That small font gives me a fucking pain in my head.

I googled for quite a while but did not find any solutions.
Is there a possibility with the Developers Mode ?

Did you try lowering the game resolution?
There is an option not to use the desktop resolution for the UI, but I don't know if that effects the text size (I played the Xbox version of DKS and have not downloaded D2:DC yet).

changing the resolution does not help unfortunately.
