Hallo zusammen,

If you lower the graphics settings and resolution, and switch to Windowed or Fake Fullscreen display mode, does that let you start the game without having to minimize it during the start process?

Try browsing to the '..\Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition' folder and delete or rename the graphicSettings.lsx file, to get the game to recreate it the next time it is started.

Are you shutting down all non-essential programs (especially anti-virus) before starting the game? Firewalls have caused conflicts (generally on loading screens) and overlays from graphics tweaking/monitoring programs or chat programs have also caused issues.

Try verifying local files, if you are using the Galaxy client: select Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition in the left column, then click on the More button, and in the Manage menu select 'Verify / Repair'.

Check for updated graphics drivers and Windows updates in general (especially anything DirectX related).

Try resetting your graphics driver's 3D settings to default (right click an open area of the desktop to start the nvidia Control Panel or ATI Catalyst Control Center).

In the '..\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition\Shipping' folder, try renaming (or moving) the dxgi.dll and dxd11.dll files.

But Fake Fullscreen WORKS

It seems the problem is the resolution switching, then, either directly or indirectly.

If you want to do some more troubleshooting, try browsing to the '..\Divinity Original Sin Enhanced Edition\Data\Localization' folder and rename the Intro.pak file. If you start the game after that, does it freeze in fullscreen mode? There will be a black screen when the intro video usually plays, which you will need to hit Esc to skip past.
After testing, same problem.

In Fake Fullscreen it works with the esc button use.
But after i change to real Fullscreen and start the game again, system freeze again

That seems to confirm the resolution switching is the issue, since Fake Fullscreen just scales the game and doesn't change the desktop resolution.
