I have found a Weapon, with an included Skill. But i can Use the Skill only twice or three times then i have to charge the weapon.
How and where can i charge the weapon?

There is no way to recharge wands.

It should say 'Item is out of uses'.
Do you have the latest version of the game? Are you playing in German? Maybe the change wasn't localized (originally being able to use scrolls to charge wands was considered).
