I've purchased and installed the Original Sin DLC (Source Hunter) but my in-game item rewards have not appeared in my inventory. Does anyone know where I can collect/activate these items?

They should show up in a main character's inventory, in single player or multiplayer if you are hosting. If you join someone who does not have the DLC, you will not have the items.

Did you try starting a new game to see if the Golden Grail and Zandalor's Trunks show up?

Did you try installing the DLC again?

I re-installed the DLC and my items appeared.
It seems that they only appear if you first create an Original Sin user profile then install the DLC.
