My first question is about charms. Do they work right? I had an armor with strength+4 and put a +4 Strength charm on it as well, and when I removed the armor, my strength dropped only by 4 not 8.
So is it displayed wrong, can I only add charms for stats that aren't already altered by the equipment itself, or don't the charms work at all?

More importantly, has someone compiled a list of all the potions and enchantments with the necessary ingredients? Or do you know where to find one?
I found a potion list, but that was incomplete and partly incorrect.

It says that right in your subject line, doesn't it? I used to be more observant; sorry. I'll take a look in the Larian section for D2/DC. Might be something there.

EDIT: The search turned up nothing but the search function there is very bad so I asked about it in the forum section for D2. It's slow there in all but the OS2 section but it is very likely that at least the moderator will reply.

Well, then I'll have to wait and hope my character has the right gems and ores when I need an enchantment.

Update: I found the recepies I'm looking for in some of the FAQ and walkthrough links provided on the Larian forum.
But I'd still like to know about the charms,
