I have problems with the mouselook under WinXP

Under WinXP:

Divinity 2 - Eco Draconis - Mouselook is working
Divinity 2 - Developers Cut Normal Mode - Mouselook is not working
Divinity 2 - Developers Cut Developers Mode - Mouselook is working

Under Win7:
Divinity 2 - Developers Cut Normal Mode - Mouselook is working

Why mouselook will not work for Divinity 2 - Developers Cut Normal Mode under WinXP?

Anyone can help me to sort it out?

The only difference between the Developer's Mode and normal is the cheat window, so you could just play in the Developer Mode and not use it.

Are you shutting down all non-essential programs (especially anti-virus) before starting the game?
In the '..\Divinity II - Developers Cut\bin' folder, rename the Divinity2-debug.exe file to something else, then rename Divinity2.exe to Divinity2-debug.exe and try running it. If the mouse starts moving the camera normally, that would mean there is an issue with a background program or conflict with something different the graphics drivers are doing, etc.

If the problem persists it is more likely related at least partly to the executable itself.
Try the replacement executable(s) in the Y axis hotfix.

Thanks for you fast answer. It was my firewall. If i deactivated the firewall the mouselook works well.
There is still a question, which only the developer can answer. Both Divinity2.exe and Divinty2-debug.exe where blocked by the firewall and only starting the game with Divinity2.exe blocked/disabled the mouselook.

I don't know what the Developer Mode version could be doing differently that would avoid whatever the conflict was with the normal version.
