I bought a Definitive Edition some time ago and I don't own Sir Lora. The fun thing is that while playing I met him on the beach. I didn't bought DLC and still met him. Last time it was a cat. Now it's a cat and Sir Lora. Is it a bug or did I miss something?

Sir Lora was a pre-order bonus, if you bough the game before the DE was released. In Galaxy, if applicable, is the DLC listed and checked off in the 'Configure Game' section if you select the game, click More and select Settings?
If that isn't the case, were you playing multiplayer with someone who has the DLC?

I didn't buy the game before DE was released. And I was playing alone(singleplayer). I do NOT own the DLC. When I played the game in the past(2-3 months ago) I always met a cat, but this time it was Sir Lora.
