I played Divinity Original Sin regular edition and LOVED it. I never did get around to playing the enhanced edition, though. Do you think it would be wise to play DOS1 enhanced edition first before diving into this game? Anything added in that version that is a must know before starting 2?

No you do not need to play any of the Divinity games to get into this one. The story grabs you right away and you wont be confused. Must know? Source=Magic in this world. Thats about it. Have fun.
