is a broken patch chain ...
i think the developer has forgot or you must install gog galaxy for patching ...

Well that stinks... Looks like there's a patch missing... I really don't want to re-download all the installation files, but I guess that's the only option users like myself who don't use gog galaxy have...

same isue by grim darn, titans quest ... maybee more games ...

in grim dawn forum i have found this:

So again there isn't manual patch download despite game version being updated. This is also problem with Titan quest BTW. Is this normal and patch will be added later or this is gog just forgetting about non galaxy users?
New patch came out on Thursday. This was a holiday in Poland, and then there is weekend. GoG is creating the patches here and then testing them between normal working hours, so you can expect the patch usually a week after the release. This is normal for GoG for years.
Galaxy works different here and can be uploaded by devs. so is always faster than normal patch. Full version doesnt need to be tested that much so is here before the patch usually, too.

There were no game content changes in 3.6.44.4046; primarily it added support for a function for Steam's summer sale, and there were some compatibility fixes for old CPUs with the Mac version (specifically, for 2010/2012 CPUs that don't have support for the AVX2 instruction set).

If you do not need to update for multiplayer, you can just stick with 3.6.37.7694, and see if GOG releases a patch from that point with the next game update (no ETA but it was recently finalized and has started testing; EDIT: it was decided to add some additional things to the patch, so testing has been temporarily suspended until that is done). If not, you may still need to redownload the full installer.
