I can't interact with some NPCs because they became hostile.
So Han after the first fight with Alexander (in the refugee camp), Commander Zrilla on Lady Vengeance (he is attacking me) and Alexander in the prison (on Lady Vengeance) an Han their too.

How could I become a "friend"?

Playing Definitive Edition on German.

Are there any undead on your party? If so make sure he/she is covered

Fane is covered. But even with an older savegame where Fane is not in my "crew" (on the ship) the three persons on Lady Vengeance are hostile.
