Check your firewall, and make sure the game has internet access. It shouldn't matter if you start the game through Galaxy, or not.
It should work, though you will get (temporarily) disconnected switching between the the Campaign and Arena Join screens, character creation or the in-game chat.

Thx for the answer Raze. My firewall and Internet connection is ok.
Maybe some win10 issues. Will check it today later.
And, the game is so good. Love it.
