Experience is 1900, experience to level up is 100. My character doesn't level up automatically, and there are no points to distribute.

Windows 7, intel chips on both PCs. Nvidia graphics cards (550 ti and 750 ti).

This isn't in the manual for some reason??

Well, if experience to level up is more than 0, then you don't have enough exp to level. That line is a countdown. Try getting 100 more xp and see if that doesn't do it for you.
