When I try to create my profile in-game, the game lags for a few seconds then nothing. And the profile didn't create itself. I've tried authorizing the game with all my anti-virus and firewall. Even uninstalling the game and verifying the files still nothing to do. I've ran out ideas at this point I don't know what to do.
