I'm experiencing a damage lag issue. There is a delay between using a skill or any attack (ranged/melee) and dealing damage. Played the game a few times and this is the first time I've encountered this problem.
I play with mods as before, but I tried to disable / delete, nothing changes.
If I create a new game, everything is fine with damage for literally 5-10 minutes and then this problem appears again. Please help.
