Who's the crackhead that added the blurb saying that you must accept Disney terms of use to the Disney copyrighted game pages?

1) NO. No DRM. I'm not leasing Disney property, I'm BUYING a copy of a software product.
2) Terms of use apply to SERVICES. There are no services to agree to.
3) Sure enough, the blurb links to a disambiguation page about Disney services.
4) Utterly. Irrelevant. Disney isn't providing a service. They're not even sponsoring the downloads.

Pi**. Off. Disney.

Go ruin another Star Wars movie or something. You're lucky Lucas doesn't sue you for ownership of Disney. I'd give it to him if I was on the jury. :D

What are you talking about? I just read through the terms of service and it basically just says not to illegally sell copies of software after you buy it and not to use it for commercial purposes. That’s completely reasonable. This game does not have drm, so the drm section doesn’t apply. It generic terms of service for all Disney products. I don’t understand what you’re so upset about.

Really? Disney attempting to apply terms of use to a game(s) we are buying outright is infringing on your DIGITAL RIGHTS to use the game(s) you bought.

The only saving grace is that Disney is too stupid to post actual rights for a software product, and posted rights for some website SERVICE or something. In other words, their lame attempt to force GoG to infringe our rights to the game(s) we purchased.. fail. It's the fact that they attempted it that pi.... me off.
