According to https://forum.quartertothree.com/t/disco-elysium-2019-detective-rpg/143936/213 it runs on a Surface Pro 3 with graphics set to the lowest so I'd assume it would run on a Surface Pro 4 as well.

No idea, I would hope so. I'm in a similar situation with a cpu that's below the stated minimum requirements (i5-2320), not sure if I want to get it at full price as I haven't got a lot of free time at the moment.
Too bad playable demos are so rare these days.
