Both of the games (Disciples II: Rise of the Elves & Disciples II: The Dark Prophecy + Gallean's Return) has wrong version numbers shown in the main menu. The Rise of the Elves one shows 3.0 instead of REPORTED 3.01 (fully patched according to GOG) and The Dark Prophecy + Gallean's Return shows 2.01 instead of REPORTED 2.02 (again according to GOG). I am not trying to be offensive, I just want an answer before I break my neck for looking how to patch this game so it would work with CD versions of fully patched games online with my friends.

Those are still avaliable on the games main site.

If you patch the game though theres a good chance it will ask for a CD afterwards. I guess someone could try and just reinstall if it does though.

Tried to apply the 3.01 however it will not install due to the GoG version being different from what the patch is looking for.

I checked the Configuration Editor for Rise of the Elves. On the top of the window the program reports LATEST v3.01 I believe this means the game is patched to the latest version, except theres some bug (or not a bug at all just mis-feature) which prevents the game to display its TRUE version in game menu. Same thing goes for Gallean's Return / Dark Prophecy Configuration Editor reports correct version of the game(s).
