Well i managed to beat Dark Prophecy campaign.( used cheats sometimes with mountain clans-they are hard to play with )
And now i can play Guardians of light.But it asks me to import character.
I know there was a question after beating each campaign(Dark Prophecy ) if i want to export characters, but i was unable.
All i get is " You cannot export this character because it was not hired.Only leaders created at level 1 can be exported.
Now i tried choosing my best heroe in each campaign after beating them to export and i couldnt.
any help would be appreciated :D

What kind of hero are you trying to export? There are supposed to be pre-set level 10 heroes that you can start the Guardians of Light and Servants of the Dark campaigns with.

Hm , what do you mean what kind of hero im trying to export?
It doesnt matter whether its a thief or mage or fighter hero.
Also how can i export lvl 10hero if i beat (dark prophecy) campaign with lvl 15hero.

Well, the error message says that the leader you're trying to export wasn't hired at level 1. It probably means it could be a leader that you got in one of the missions (but not hired at a city). Also, you didn't happen to use cheat codes, did you? If you use the stairwaytoheaven code, you won't be able to export the leader later.

Well if you start to play in campaign you choose hero u want to play. <-- so you dont hire it from city.You start with him in campaign.
I cant remember if i used cheats, only in mountain clan campaign few times since it was too hard for me :)

That is weird. You should be able to export your starter leader at the end of the campaign, I did that.

That should not be a problem. Level 10 is just the recommended starting level of the hero for the Servants of the Dark / Guardians of Light campaigns. Playing with the Empire I imported and started with a level 13 hero without problems.

well thanks for support.Maybe, well maybe i used few cheats playing :) since its not easy to make lvl15hero and few other heroes for defending borders :)

Another thing that came to my mind: did you try to export leaders in-game and not when you finish a campaign and it's automatically offered?

aw, i havent noticed such an option in game.
Ive read few forums in web, but i dont understand their hints.
go to your documents/where save games are.copy this and that into somewhere else.

If you go to options, it's the top icon of the four icons on the bottom. :-) See attachment!
