Hi all,

So I've been trying to get Disciples 2 to work (specifically Dark Prophecy/Gallean's Return) windowed in Windows 7.
I've looked through the threads here on that topic, but nothing seems to work for me.

None of the settings in the program's own Configuration Editor allows me to run the game windowed. I can only run the game fullscreen, otherwise I'll get a "failed to initialize" error.

The Disciples.ini file in the main directory does not have a "fullscreen" option, it only has the following:FullInstall=1

You need to change display settings of your screen to 16 bit.

Would you know if there's a way to set up a shortcut or something so I won't have to enable / disable 16 bit when I want to play / leave the game?

I think there is no way to configure this setting via shortcut.
