The game works fine to play but when I launch Scenario Editor an empty window pops up for a second or two, then it disappears and thats it. Nothing else happens. I have experimented with different resolutions, compability modes and launched scenario editor while the game is on without any success.

Any other ideas?

try GL Wrapper. It might help
