I just completed all quests required to upgrade my ship to level 3 and have more than enough resources. But whenever I click on the "Upgrade" button, the upgrade window remains open and the "Game Saved" message appears for a short time. When I close the upgrade window, I can't access it again and my ship remains on level 2.
Any solutions to this problem?

For those of you that use Galaxy, version 1.16.2 just got uploaded by the developers and that *should* fix the sub upgrade issues :)

Just tried it out, upgrading works now (even though I wonder why the patch weighed over 300 MB just to re-enable ship upgrades but oh well). Time to explore the Abyss!
