I just bought the game but it seems that the setup for the German version is broken. I have also downloaded it several times (also via different browsers) but the problem persists.

this is like an exact duplicate of

but instead this time its for the german language.

It would really be nice if the devs or GOG would provide a corrected version of the Geman files.
All I got from GOG was "Use Galaxy"... Thanks; that is not why I am here.

That's what i mean. the email support seems to have the order to act as dumb as possible. like they literally telling me what i say them to reproduce the error.

after that there is total silence.

how hard could it be to repack a setup file ?
as if it is some quantum physics alien technology.

Maybe just recompile the Data of the Installer with the one that is working you are already using in Galaxy?
Because loading in galaxy works. only the offline backup installer itself is broken.
