I start the download and at 2% it stop and says cant install

I have the same problem. I can download other games fine, but for this mod it says it failed to connect to GOG servers.

EDIT: The problem resolved for me.

Solution for me was the add exclusions in windows defender for the GOG folders per a support article. Would link it, but the forum won't let me for some reason. Just google the below text and click the first result.

GOG GALAXY Installation failed (E3)/Update failed (E3) - Failed to connect to GOG.com servers
