thanks, 1 issue I'm aware of so far that is not really fixable is loading a game.
If you load a game where you played without pixellight, there will be no static lights on the levels you visited during that game while you are playing on pixellight - that's because static lights are generated while visiting a lvl for the first time and since the original light system doesn't really store info about separate lights but rather the end result, there's no way for me to obtain that info except than during the generation itself.
But it's nothing a simple "New game" doesn't fix.

you should compile it yourself :P I'm on windows so can't really give you a linux build :D
