This ever on sale? Wasn't sure since price is already less than $10 that it might never go on sale. I am tempted to buy it.

It was 10% off during the big summer sale. Coincidentally, some non-US regions adjusted their price upward just before the sale so that applying the 10% discount brought their adjusted price back down to about what it was before the adjustment+sale.
