Android is the most common computer operating system these days and ARM the most popular architecture for the consumer, so i was hoping to see someone port this game to the android ecosystem. Retro games can work great recompiled for arm systems since most arm systems are low power, and those app stores have access to the most users... Look at Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale ported to Android and ARM. I think it a shame to waste this wonderful opportunity here.. I hope GOG picks up on it,.

If I had a dollar for everytime I seen "X" is the most popular or fastest growing, etc. you're throwing away money not supporting it post, i would be a rich man by now.

Anyway simple awnser it's not up to GOG, they can only distrubute games on systems/OS's that the right's holders/developers/publishers allow them too. So if this is soomething that you feel that strongly about then I suggest taking it up with Activision-Blizzard as it's their call not GOG, GOG can only make decisions like that on titles they own such as the SSI AD&D games.

GoG doesn't appear to have access to the source so it's unlikely that they will bring it to other platforms.
We do have a working prototype for Android in the devilutionX project though.

DevilutionX now has it's first proper release for Android so that you can play Diablo on the go.
