Fabio_Scioni: Sorry guys. trided some methods, but still didnt kiled the butcher.
i gotta atmid i only played a few minutes and when it didnt worked, i quit.
im a little but older now (37). played my whole life games so im no much of a long time behind my screen gamer.
but i keep on trying. maybe i gonna kill him someday, maybe when im 80 :)

Here's the loadout I had when defeating him as lvl 7, only had to use 1 potion since I got some lucky hits in the beginning but all in all it should be fairly doable. My only strategy is to put all points in dexterity up to this point in the game.

Method 1: Find The Needler and you can go straight to him and auto stun lock kill at level 1.

Method 2: Level up to 8 and put all points in dex (gives you base to hit 82%). Then shop a steel bow and armor/cap of skill (these items are very common and cheap at level 8 ). This should get you over 100% to hit. Kill Butcher boy.

Important: Method 2 won't auto stun lock kill, but it will take him down faster than he can take you down.

(Method 2 took an average of 1 hour from scratch)
