can someone tell me if this is the same one thats on steam? It has limitid resolution choices ect. wanted to know if its the same one

Yes, it's the same as Steam release. Crimson Mod works on both.

It's the most updated build so at least it doesn't have all the gameplay issues the original PC versions launched with back in 2018.
