Same here. I noticed the update a few days ago and contacted GOG support a couple of days ago about it. I just saw another update and thought it'd be the proper download for the Linux version of Devil Daggers but it turns out it was an update for The Expression Amrilato - i wonder if you get the Linux version of Devil Daggers if you try to download the Linux version of TEA :-P.

Fortunately for me i have the previous versions (i have offline copies for all the support OSes of all games i own on GOG) but it would suck if someone just bought it and wanted to play it on Linux.

It might take until Monday for this to be addressed though since Thursday was a holiday on Poland and most people would also take a day off in Friday so most likely there are very few people on GOG right now.
I have notified GOG about this issue on 14th of June, more than a week ago. I haven't heard from them so far. It's a weird glitch.

Update (june 23rd): I got a replay saying that they have 'passed on this issue on to our Product Team' and that it would be dealt with in a timely manner.

I've got a reply from Support Team:

>Thank you for reporting this. I have passed on this issue on to our Product Team and I am sure it will be sorted out soon.
Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.
I just checked and the Linux download now gives the proper game.
Hurray!
