A lot of mission mods that have their own installer will make a copy of DeusEx.exe and append their mod's files to the command line in the shortcut. (For example, my shortcut for The Nameless Mod directs my computer to D:\Games\DeusEx\System\TNM.exe -hax0r INI="D:\Games\DeusEx\TNM\System\TNM.ini" USERINI="D:\Games\DeusEx\TNM\System\TNMUser.ini" log=TNM.log

Does anyone know how this interacts with Kentie's launcher?

Deus Exe isn't a separate launcher as in many other games so mods that include their own EXE won't use Deus Exe. To make them use Deus Exe replace their bundled EXE with a copy of Deus Exe renamed to match what the mod is looking for.
The point I was trying to make is that most mods DON'T include their own .exe, they copy DeusEx.exe and append their .ini files to the shortcut to it. I'm wondering what will happen when a mod copies Kentie's launcher.

Oh, now I see what you're asking. Deus Exe retains all functionality of the original EXE so any and all mods will be fully compatible with it. He describes such uses in the documentation.
Gotcha. Thanks.
