All the sneaking is getting kinda old for me. Right now I'm in the cemetery with Dowd. How much further till the game is over? The story is interesting but the game play is getting tedious.
I think it is around 20 hours. Maybe a little more.

I'd say you are around two-thirds through the game.
You don't have to play the game stealthily--although if you haven't developed your JC as a tank, it may be too late to change tactics.
I've been through the game quite a few times and know where everything is, and 100% playthroughs (which are all I do) usually take me 10-13 hours.
On the other hand, my first playthrough - playing sneaky and trying to explore and find everything - took me over 40 hours, possibly 50.

I agree that you're about two-thirds in. Only you know how much time it took you :)
What happens after you get to Paris till the end of the game?

I've given up playing and just want to know what happens.

And how much different is the story if you saved Paul?

Quarter: What happens after you get to Paris till the end of the game?
*** OBVIOUS SPOILER IS OBVIOUS ***

JC eventually meets with Illuminati leader Morgan Everett, and learns that the Gray Death virus was intended to be used for augmentation technology, but Majestic 12, led by trillionaire businessman and former Illuminatus Bob Page, was able to steal and repurpose it into its current viral form. Everett recognizes that without VersaLife's universal constructor, Majestic 12 can no longer create the virus, and will likely target Vandenberg Air Force Base, where X-51, a group of former Area 51 scientists, has built another one. After aiding the base personnel in repelling a Majestic 12 attack, JC meets X-51 leader Gary Savage, who reveals that Daedalus is an artificial intelligence (AI) borne out of the ECHELON program. Everett attempts to gain control over Majestic 12's communications network by releasing Daedalus onto the U.S. military networks, but Page counters by releasing his own AI, Icarus, which merges with Daedalus to form a new AI, Helios, with the ability to control all global communications. After this, Savage enlists JC's help in procuring schematics for reconstructing components for the UC that were damaged during Majestic 12's raid of Vandenberg. JC finds the schematics and electronically transmits them to Savage. Page intercepts the transmission and launches a nuclear missile at Vandenberg to ensure that Area 51 (now Majestic 12's headquarters), will be the only location in the world with an operational UC. However, JC is able to reprogram the missile to strike Area 51. JC then travels there himself to confront Page.

When JC locates him, Page reveals that he seeks to merge with Helios and gain full control over all nanotechnology, essentially becoming a god. JC is contacted by Tong, Everett, and the Helios AI simultaneously. All three factions ask for his help in defeating Page, while furthering their own objectives, and JC is forced to choose between them. Tong seeks to plunge the world into a second Dark Age by destroying the global communications hub and preventing anyone from taking control of the world.[28] Everett offers Denton the chance to bring the Illuminati back to power by killing Bob Page and using the technology of Area 51 to rule the world with an invisible hand.[29] Helios wishes to merge with Denton and rule the world as a benevolent dictator with infinite knowledge and reason.[30] The player's decision determines the course of the future, and brings the game to a close.

***SPOILERS***

It's a shame you tried a play style you didn't like the first time through. It's worth playing it through again with a different play style. The longevity of the game comes from being able to play any way you want. Why did you choose stealth anyway?

I disagree with the person above who said that it's too late to change tactics. You have plenty of non-stealth options, depending on what augs and skills you picked. It's very unlikely that you chose an unsalvageable combination. To put this into perspective, experienced players play the game with various handicaps like no augs, no weapons or no skills for fun. Since you have all three, you have lots of options. It's just a matter of becoming aware of them.

Did you pick ballistic protection? Then you'll tank well enough after a few upgrades. Don't go crazy: you still need to use good tactics, and a headshot is still bad news. It's even better if you also picked speed and ADS, but they're not necessary. You just have to play more carefully and learn to dodge rockets. There are a few tricky battles but they can be solved through other means.

Regardless of what you've picked, you can always dump some points into environmental training. At least two upgrades. It's a cheap skill and makes your suits last longer and work better. Pick up any suits you find. Use them if you find yourself in a pinch. Camo works on both bots and bio and lets you escape a jam while ballistic will help you win a fight. In fact, the ballistic suit is better than the aug, so save it for the heavy firefights. It also stacks with the aug, so you can take a beating without needing full upgrades on both.

Did you pick regen? If not, upgrade medicine two points, more if you're still getting the hang of fighting. The big advantage of med over regen is that you can go into your inventory and heal mid-battle. You can heal your limbs directly, which is handy if your head is down to 10 or your legs are busted and you need to run.

Did you pick rifles? A silenced sniper rifle is your friend. Once you max your rifles skill, the sniper can destroy cameras and turrets in one shot. You can snipe enemies from afar and just sidestep their rockets. With cloak and ballistic aug, a silenced sniper can serve you well even in closer quarters, but a silenced assault rifle is even better there.

Don't reload during a fight. Switch to another weapon (like the shotgun) and reload afterwards.

Don't be afraid to use your grenades, especially on bots and crowds. Plant them on entrances if you're worried about being flanked and then collect them afterwards. They also allow you to retreat. Upgrade demolition at least once and you'll be effective. If one gas grenade isn't enough, throw a second one. So what if you run out? You'll still have your other weapons. Use EMP on bots, then LAMs, then HE rounds from your assault rifle. While it's possible to run out of explosives by the end of the game, at least you'll have a lot more fun in the meantime. And hopefully you'll learn enough about your capabilities to figure out solutions if you do run out of explosives.

Did you pick pistols? The stealth pistol is good if you're doing stealth, otherwise the regular pistol is better for normal battles and you can just use the crossbow with regular (non-tranq) darts to headshot enemies silently. If you've already modded your stealth pistol, though, then you should probably stick with it.

Did you pick heavy weapons? I don't believe you because you're going stealth. While the GEP and flamethrower can serve you well throughout the game, they're tricky for new players. So you'll probably want a secondary skill. If you're low on points, you might have to settle for low-tech and use the dragon's tooth sword as a replacement flamethrower for when you're low on ammo. I hope you got speed instead of run silent.

Did you pick low-tech? I hope you kept your dragon's tooth and got speed. If you left the dragon's tooth behind, then some of the WIBs carry it. Just shoot it out of their hands before you kill them (gas grenades help), or knock them unconscious instead of killing them. If you have trouble knocking them out, you can shoot them a couple of times to get their health down, then come in with the baton. Or use a couple of tranqs. Whichever way you want to play.

All of the above you can combine with a stealth approach. Just because you're fighting enemies doesn't mean you can't use the element of surprise. And just because you're stealthy doesn't mean you have to be a pacifist.
