Using Kentie's Launcher, I check the box 'Use OTP GUI Scaling Fix', hoping this will enlarge all the onscreen readouts, but it does absolutely nothing.

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong here?

I've tried various renderers and widescreen resolutions with no luck.
