I know there are ways to get Revision working with non steam copies of the game, however I just checked out the mod DB page and one of the makes said: "We are working on getting it on GOG as well, stay with us. "

Sadly you can't directly link to comments made on mod db, however here is a screenshot. You can also check it out for yourself on the mod db page of Deus Ex: Revision.

Man I sure hope so. Here I was getting all my DX mods updated from the last time I played it since I figured I would never be able to play this mod. I will now hold out a month or 2 to see if it this ever comes to light.

I would buy DX on steam but I already own the gog version and 2 retail copies.
