GOG and MODDB currently have v1.6.3 of Revision. To patch to v.1.7.3.1, download the files from the following link:

Then unzip and copy the files to the Revision folder in you Deus Ex: GOTY install folder, and overwrite when asked.

Remember, if you are playing with an offline installer version, then run the game directly from the Revision.exe.
e.g.: C:/GOG Games/Deus Ex GOTY/Revision/System/Revision.exe

my version is 1.6.1 - 12/25/2020, do i need to update to 1.6.3 and if yes, how to do this?

Update: 1.7.3.1 is an update from December 2023. They should have updated this on GoG.com.
there are rumors the revision team fell apart and disappeared and its likely they never handed the1.7.3.1 update to GOG to update the version here, but no one has been able to contact them as far as I know, I tried in 2024 and got no response on the few avenues for contact I could find.

GOG needs to fix up this mod download up

I added it and for some reason its only did 1.6.1. but clearly look in the downloads for offline installers it has 1.6.3
